Leeds United have made a ‘significant bid’ for Fulham wonderkid Cody Drameh, according to reports. With Marcelo Bielsa reaffirming his intentions to stay at Elland Road, the Argentine has begun scouting the transfer market for a next generation of youngsters. Having helped a host of starlets through the academy to the first team, it seems as though Drameh could well be next to join the revolution in Yorkshire. The Daily Mail claimed in May that Champions League winners Liverpool had scouted the 17-year-old right-back and were impressed by him, adding that the Reds were ‘gearing up’ for a move. But it looks like Leeds might have joined the race and, according to Sport Bible , the Elland Road club have made a sizeable offer for the ‘gem’ who is listening to offers. The report adds that Fulham are ready to cash in on the England youth international, whose contract expires next summer. Born in Lambeth on December 8, 2001, Drameh is a naturally-gifted right-back who has been starting consistently for the Cottagers’ development side despite his youth. If he were to make his senior debut before leaving Craven Cotage, Drameh will follow in the footsteps of numerous other Fulham academy graduates such as Stephen and Ryan Sessegnon, Marcus Bettinelli, Tayo Edun and Luca de la Torre.
