One of the greatest problems people have with failure is that they are too quick to judge situations in their life and label them as failures. This is very very wrong. Instead, we need to keep the bigger picture in mind.

We need to understand that;

1. Failure isn't avoidable: Yes you can never avoid failure because it is a pathway to success. It's like smelting gold. Failure is the fire that molds you.

2. Failure isn't an event: It is a process. And success isn't a destination, it is a journey. And so also is failure. You can't be a failure until you take your last breath.

3. Failure isn't objective: It isn't determined by the loss or wrong choice or whatever. Failure is subjective.

Your view of and response to your mistakes decides whether your actions are failures.

4. Failure isn't the Enemy: failure is good. it is a fertilizer. When we give ourselves permission to fail, we also give ourselves permission to excel.

5. Failure is Reversible: Failures are reversible all you need do is keep everything in perspective. Mistakes shouldn't make you want to give up and yes success shouldn't make you think you are set up either. If silly things are not done, intelligent things would never Happen.

6. Failure isn't a stigma: Mistakes are not permanent markers. They can be rubbed off. Mistakes shouldn't define who you are. When you make mistakes, don't let them way you down. And do not let yourself think of them as stigmas. Make them a step to success.

7. Failure isn't Final: No failure is the price we pay to achieve success. Errors becomes mistakes when we respond to them incorrectly. So everytime you make mistakes you learn and you become better.
